When purchasing, you agree that all items in your order will ship together. If you order ready to ship items with preorder items, your order will ship once all items are in hand.
If you would like to have your ready to ship items sent now, place two separate orders and include only ready to ship items in one order.
By purchasing preorder items, you are understanding and agreeing to the turn-around-time posted on the listing. Each preorder will have it's estimated arrival time listed on the preorders page. All sales are final. Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel or refund.
Exceptions to this would be for product damages (in which you have three days from delivery to inform us of any defects or issues) and preorders in which the posted turn-around-time has passed. In preorder cases, Little Geeks Trilogy Co. will email each affected customer.
